Tesibis sits at the center of a broader ecosystem of reliability organizations built over Jim Fitch’s career.
Jim Fitch founded Tesibis to focus on advanced consulting in lubrication, oil analysis, and failure investigation.
He founded Noria Corporation in 1997 to help user organizations
improve machine reliability. Noria accomplishes this through lubrication training, consulting, publishing, and events.
In 2000,
Jim and Noria’s senior leaders co‑founded the International Council for
Machinery Lubrication (ICML), which has gone on to certify more than
40,000 maintenance and reliability professionals worldwide.
Earlier
in his career, Jim co‑founded Diagnetics, a company that developed and
sold lubricant analysis instruments and services in more than 40
countries. Diagnetics was known for pioneering pore‑blockage particle counting
technology.
This history reflects a consistent focus:
helping industry make better decisions through better lubrication and
condition monitoring practices.
